Role: Senior Clinical Director (Senior Principal Scientist) leading clinical research in Oncology, specifically Hematology, overseeing all phases from pre-clinical to post-licensure. Responsibilities include developing clinical strategies, designing and managing trials, analyzing safety and efficacy data, and contributing to regulatory submissions and publications. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial teams, as well as external investigators and research partners. The director supports business development and maintains scientific expertise through scientific engagement and investigator relationships. Qualifications: MD or MD/PhD with at least 3 years of clinical medicine and industry experience in drug development or biomedical research; proven background in overseeing clinical trials, publications, and scientific achievement. Preferred: Board certification in Oncology or Hematology, with additional clinical research experience. High-Value: Oncology/Hematology focus, hematology drugs, clinical development stages from pre-clinical to post-market, involvement in IND processes, pharmacovigilance, and regulatory reporting. Work setup: hybrid with travel around 20%.
