Senior Clinical Director, Clinical Research, Hematology

Role: Senior Clinical Director (Senior Principal Scientist) leading clinical research in Oncology, specifically Hematology, across all development phases. Responsibilities: oversee trial design, initiation, execution, and analysis; evaluate pre-clinical data for early development plans; develop clinical strategies for investigational and marketed Hematology drugs; provide medical oversight; support regulatory submissions, publications, and internal/external research collaborations; engage with cross-functional teams including regulatory, manufacturing, and commercialization; author development documents and establish investigator relationships. Requirements: MD or MD/PhD; at least 3 years in clinical medicine and drug development, with proven success in overseeing clinical studies; strong scientific and communicative skills. Preferred: Board certification in Oncology or Hematology, prior research publication record, and experience with industry and academia.
