Senior Clinical Data Manager

Role: Senior Clinical Data Manager supporting Centessa Pharmaceuticals' neurological clinical programs, focusing on data management for early-phase (Phase I/II) trials of orexin receptor 2 (OX2R) agonists for sleep-wake disorders. Responsibilities include designing and executing data management strategies, overseeing data capture systems (e.g., EDC, IRT, ePRO), ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance (CDISC/CDASH standards), and managing vendor relationships. The role involves contributing to clinical and regulatory documentation, monitoring trial data integrity, and supporting global development milestones. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience in clinical data management within biotech/pharma, expert knowledge of electronic data systems, and prior experience supporting complex early-phase trials, especially in CNS, sleep, or neurodegenerative indications. Strong project management, vendor oversight, and regulatory knowledge are essential. The position is based in the US with occasional travel.
