Senior Change Orders Associate

Role: Senior Change Orders Associate within the Proposal & Contracts team, supporting biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma clients in clinical trial budgeting and change management. Responsibilities: manage and develop Change Order budgets through collaboration with Business Development, Finance, Contract Development, and Project Managers; ensure accurate input, meet timeline targets, and escalate issues as needed; prepare resource and service fee estimates using algorithms and spreadsheets; may present budgets to clients. Requirements: undergraduate degree in Sciences or Business; at least five years of industry experience including three in budget development; knowledge of CRO services and clinical trial processes; strong math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: experience working with global teams and understanding of clinical trial phases and regulatory considerations. Work setup and travel details are not specified.
