Senior CAD Designer

Role: Senior CAD Designer supporting the design of a nuclear-enabled isotope production plant, focusing on process systems, civil, structural, electrical, and architectural elements. Responsibilities: develop preliminary layouts and piping routing, create and modify 3D models and detailed drawings in AutoCAD Plant 3D, Revit, and SolidWorks, review designs for constructability, maintain CAD/BIM standards, lead clash detection, and coordinate design updates with stakeholders. Also responsible for model ownership, vendor drawing review, field verification, and managing design revisions. Requirements: associate degree with 7-10 years or bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years recent design experience; proficiency in AutoCAD Plant 3D, Revit, SolidWorks, Navisworks Manage; strong piping design knowledge and experience in regulated environments (e.g., nuclear, pharma, chemical). Preferred: experience in nuclear or GMP facilities, Autodesk Certified Professional credentials.
