Responsibilities
- Serve as IT Business Partner for Biology, Data Sciences, Lab Systems, Medicinal Chemistry, Translational, Research Pharmacology, Process Development Preclinical and Process Engineering.
- Own critical lab informatics systems (Dotmatics, CLIMB, Lab Voice) through full lifecycle: requirements, deployment, operations, upgrades, and retirement.
- Lead Discovery technology projects (lab automation, SDMS, robotics, non-clinical/tox/biology data lakes) and partner on LIMS.
- Drive change management for platform upgrades and new rollouts (communications, user enablement, stakeholder alignment).
- Provide training/onboarding to maximize adoption/ROI.
- Oversee Tier 1–3 support and manage MSP support teams.
- Create user stories for eLNB and business process-based data capture/management; coordinate with SONAR Product Manager and development teams.
- Partner with Scrum/Kanban teams on roadmap and continuous improvements.
- Produce monthly compliance/progress/operational reports; escalate as needed.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives (workflow digitization, FAIR data, research capacity scaling).
- Coordinate software upgrades with vendors/MSPs; strengthen data-driven culture and data literacy.

Qualifications (Required)
- BS/undergraduate degree in Information Management/Technology or Computer Science.
- 7+ years in Pharma/Biotech; 5 years in Discovery.
- 5–8 years as IT business analyst or R&D product specialist.
- Experience with Discovery systems: eLNB, compound registration, pipeline tools, inventory management, lab automation.
- Experience leading projects and/or Discovery business teams.
- FDA/EMA knowledge incl. Annex 11 and 21 CFR Part 11, Parts 210/211; CSV and GAMP.

Skills (Preferred)
- AWS/cloud; analytics and pipelining technologies.
- Pharma/Biotech lab/manufacturing IT experience.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated)
- Base salary range: $127,000–$172,000; discretionary bonus and stock-based long-term incentives.
