Senior Business Analyst – Conga CPQ

Role: Senior Business Analyst supporting Quote-to-Cash systems within a biopharma-enabled enterprise, focusing on Conga (Apttus) CPQ, Salesforce, PeopleSoft Billing, and SAP HANA reporting. Objectives: enhance end-to-end Order-to-Cash workflows managing over a billion dollars annually, optimizing proposal, billing, revenue, and reporting processes. Responsibilities: partner with stakeholders across US & India to translate business requirements into system rules, support system implementations and process improvements, serve as SME for Sales Operations, develop features in Conga CPQ on Salesforce, support SAP HANA billing/reporting, and participate in Agile practices. Qualifications: BS degree; at least 2 years supporting cash-to-quote, billing, or proposal workflows; 3+ years in billing/proposal management within CPQ or similar systems; experience with billing using bill rates. Preferred: MS degree; 2+ years supporting revenue management on SAP HANA; 1+ year in laboratory or medical environments.
