Senior Business Analyst, Commercial IT BBU

Role: Business Analyst supporting platform design and process improvements for sales operations at AstraZeneca, with a focus on enabling access to life-saving products. Responsibilities: partner with stakeholders to develop business cases, design processes, ensure compliance with standards, and support solution testing; facilitate requirements gathering, solution evaluation, and change management; collaborate with IT, project managers, and vendors to deliver effective business solutions. Qualifications: minimum five years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst; Bachelor’s in Business, IS, CS, or related; proficiency in business analysis tools/techniques, requirements management, and process design; strong communication and facilitation skills; experience in regulated environments, working with third-party vendors, and with Master Data Management. Preferred: degree or certification in business analysis, Agile exposure, global organization experience, pharmaceutical domain knowledge, benefits realization, and UX/UI design.
