Senior Biostatistician

Role: Senior Biostatistician supporting Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), Real World Evidence (RWE), and Market Access in biopharma drug development and commercialization. Responsibilities: conduct statistical analyses of clinical, claims, electronic medical records, and registry data; collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors; develop analysis plans, review analytical outputs, and contribute to study reports and dossiers. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related; 4+ years’ experience in biopharma or healthcare analytics; proficiency in R or SAS; experience with observational data, study design, modeling, and epidemiological data sources. Preferred: Master’s degree, experience in orphan/rare diseases, and familiarity with drug development stages. High-Value: supporting rare disease therapies, clinical and observational data analysis, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. Work setup: hybrid/remotely based in San Diego with approximately 10% travel; face-to-face interaction required.
