Senior Biostatistician

Role: Senior Biostatistician supporting early-phase (Phase IIa) clinical development and translational research for MASH therapeutics, focusing on biomarker strategy, real-world evidence, and high-dimensional data analysis. Responsibilities: develop statistical and machine-learning models for multi-omic, PK/PD, and genomic data; generate causal inference from observational data; contribute to clinical trial design, statistical analysis plans, publications, and cross-functional collaborations. Requirements: Ph.D. in (Bio)statistics, Data Science, or related field; 2-5 years relevant experience; proficiency in R and SAS, working knowledge of Python and machine-learning tools; experience with real-world data sources, biomarker datasets, and biobank/EHR-linked genomics advantageous. High-Value: focus on MASH, Phase IIa clinical trials, biomarker development, causal inference, and real-world evidence. WorkSetup: hybrid role based in Conshohocken, PA, with <10% travel; reports to VP of Biostatistics.
