Clinical Research and Development
Responsibilities:
- Develop and apply statistical and machine-learning models to high-dimensional data to support biomarker strategy and clinical evidence generation.
- Work with multi-omic profiling, PK/PD biomarkers, and biobank- or EHR-linked genomic data.
- Generate real-world evidence from observational data using causal-inference methods for robust conclusions from non-randomized studies.
- Support design and analysis of clinical trials and real-world data (claims, EHR, registries); contribute to protocols and Statistical Analysis Plans.
- Partner across translational science, early clinical research, and real-world evidence; contribute to publications and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in (Bio)statistics, Statistics, Data Science, or related quantitative field; at least 2 years relevant experience (or equivalent internship/co-op/postdoctoral). Ideal: 3–5 years; level commensurate with experience.
- Proficiency in R and SAS; working knowledge of Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Experience building data pipelines to transform high-dimensional and real-world datasets into analysis-ready form.
- Ability to communicate complex analyses to non-statisticians and influence decisions across scientific/clinical teams.
- Experience with real-world data sources; knowledge of regulatory guidelines (plus).
- Familiarity with multi-omic and PK/PD biomarker data; biobank- or EHR-linked genomic datasets (plus).
- Human genetics methods such as GWAS, polygenic risk scores, sequencing to inform translational strategy (plus).
Location:
- Hybrid in Conshohocken, PA (3 days/week office, 2 days remote); some travel (<10%).

- Base pay range: $150,000–$182,500 per year; bonus and equity.
