Senior Biostatistician

Role: Early-career Senior Biostatistician supporting Madrigal Pharmaceuticals' clinical development and post-marketing activities for MASH therapeutics, including Rezdiffra. Responsibilities: execute statistical modeling and analyses across all phases, contribute to protocol development and statistical analysis plans, support evidence generation from clinical and real-world data, collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical research, medical affairs, and data management, and participate in scientific conferences. Qualifications: Ph.D. in (Bio)statistics with 2+ years, or Master’s with 5+ years in Pharma or Biotech; experience in clinical trial design and healthcare data analysis; proficiency in R and SAS; effective communicator of complex analyses; knowledge of regulatory guidelines is a plus; strong organizational skills.
