Role: Senior Bioprocess Engineer specializing in cell production and process development within regenerative medicine for transplant organ manufacturing. Responsibilities: lead small-to-medium GMP-compliant process development studies; develop, optimize, and scale-up production of primary and iPSC-derived cells; oversee cell culture runs using bioreactor systems (e.g., Sartorius Ambr, vertical wheel reactors); troubleshoot technical challenges; author regulatory and technical documentation; evaluate emerging technologies; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Analytical Development, Quality, and Manufacturing; support scientific publications and presentations. Requirements: Bachelorโs, Masterโs, or PhD in biomedical science or related field; 3-5+ years (depending on degree) in stem cell therapy, bioreactor production, or regenerative medicine; strong expertise in cell bioreactor culture and process development; proficiency with laboratory instrumentation, data software, and GMP environment; excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred: experience with automated cell processing equipment (e.g., CliniMACS, Sepax); knowledge of scaling R&D methods to GMP; familiarity with statistical software.
