Senior Automation Technician- 12 Hour Schedule -Night Shift

Role: Senior Automation Technician responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining automation equipment and control systems within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Objectives: ensure equipment operational efficiency, support automation process improvements, and maintain documentation. Responsibilities: perform installation, calibration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of PLC-controlled systems across manufacturing and laboratory equipment; manage spare parts inventory; support process optimization; and provide technical support on various automation tasks. Requirements: High School diploma or GED, plus vocational/technical training in automation, mechatronics, or related fields; 7+ years of relevant industry experience (pharma, manufacturing, or technology-driven sectors). Preferred: Bachelor’s in engineering or related fields with 5+ years of experience. High-Value: pharmaceutical manufacturing, automation, PLCs, control systems, process validation, equipment documentation, troubleshooting, and calibration. WorkSetup: Night shift, 12-hour rotating schedule (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM); based in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
