Senior Automation Engineer - Site Based, Redmond, WA

Role: Senior Automation Engineer – Global MSAT at Just Evotec Biologics, focusing on automation systems within manufacturing. Responsibilities: oversee AVEVA PI platform deployment, standardize and maintain PI infrastructure (including PI AF and PI Vision), integrate with process control systems like DeltaV, support automation governance, develop analytics and reporting tools, and ensure OT infrastructure integration and compliance. Collaborate with global manufacturing, engineering, and IT teams to optimize data-driven manufacturing processes and support validation activities. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Science/Engineering with 5+ years (or equivalent experience), expertise in control system automation, AVEVA PI architecture, and integration with DeltaV or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of FDA CFR 21 Part 11, GAMP5, and validated system environments. Preferred: experience with single-use technologies, OT cybersecurity, scripting (Python, SQL), and automation platform certifications.
