Preferred skills include familiarity with DeltaV, Ignition, Wonderware, Historian tools like OSI PI, Lean/Six Sigma certifications, and validation methodologies. High-Value: manufacturing automation in a regulated (GxP) environment, supporting biotech or pharmaceutical production, potentially in biologics or small molecules.
