Senior Automation Engineer

Role: Senior Automation Engineer leading lab automation and digital initiatives to enhance in-process analytical testing for biologics and synthetic molecules. Responsibilities: design, implement, and maintain modular automated testing platforms; develop digital tools like visualization and data management systems; collaborate with Process Development, Analytical Development, Quality, and Stability teams to tailor automation solutions; oversee robotic systems, software, and vendor integrations; formulate technical strategies and support analytical method development. Requirements: BSc, MSc, or PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields, with 3+ years (PhD) or up to 11+ years (BSc); expertise in lab automation systems (e.g., Tecan Evo, Thermo Inspire), scripting (Python, R), data platforms (SQL, Domino Data Lab); proven project leadership; strong communication skills.
