Role Summary
Senior Associate Scientist/Scientist I (DST FAST) role providing analytical support for pharmaceutical active ingredients and drug products in veterinary medicine development.
Responsibilities
- Execution of analytical methods for characterization of drug substance and drug product.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, collaborating with cross-functional teams including formulation, chemistry, safety sciences, regulatory, quality, and manufacturing.
- Author, review, and archive technical documents such as test procedures, method validation plans, protocols, reports, stability data, and SOPs.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Laboratory Sciences, or a related discipline, with 3+ years of industry experience in a pharmaceutical setting.
- OR Required: Master’s degree in Chemistry, Laboratory Sciences, or a related discipline, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector; experience with executing HPLC assays and Empower software.
- Preferred: Demonstrated ability to design, execute, and interpret experimental data aligned with project objectives; problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize tasks; strong collaboration and communication abilities; safety-focused mindset; technical background in analytical chemistry.
