Senior Associate Scientist - RGM Chemistry

Role: Senior Associate Scientist in RGM R&D Chemistry focusing on oligomer and oligonucleotide synthesis, purification, and analytical characterization to support RNA therapeutic development. Responsibilities: execute solid-phase synthesis workflows using automated platforms, support synthesis of diverse RNA constructs, optimize synthetic and purification processes, perform detailed analytical characterization (LC-MS, HPLC), and interpret data to inform platform and program improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain laboratory documentation, and support laboratory operations. Qualifications: B.S. in chemistry, biochemistry, or related field; minimum 5 years (B.S.) or 3 years (M.S.) industry experience; hands-on experience with solid-phase synthesis, preferably oligonucleotides or polymers; familiarity with automated synthesis platforms (e.g., MerMade, OligoSynt) and analytical techniques (SEC, AEX, RP-HPLC, LC-MS).
