Senior Associate Scientist, Protein Expression Sciences

In this role, a typical day may include:
- Operate automated liquid handlers to support VelociMab antibody discovery.
- Perform high-throughput molecular biology techniques including PCR, cloning, and DNA isolation.
- Operate and troubleshoot automated protocols on automated systems (e.g., Hamilton Robotics and HighRes Biosolutions).
- Seed and transfect CHO transient cell lines on an automated platform.
- Record data in ELN (electronic lab notebook) and LIMS.

To be considered, you must have:
- B.S. with 2+ years of laboratory experience OR M.S. in Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, Biology, or related field.
- Experience with general molecular biology skills: PCR, DNA sequencing, mutagenesis, plasmid subcloning, and mammalian cell transfection.
- Desired: familiarity with automated liquid handlers (preferably Hamilton Stars and Vantages).
- Plus: experience with high-throughput assays.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
