Responsibilities: conduct biochemical and cell/molecular biology assays, maintain and manipulate mammalian and primary cells, optimize siRNA delivery techniques, analyze data with software like GraphPad Prism and FlowJo, and present findings to cross-functional teams to inform drug design. Qualifications: BS/MS in Biology, Cell/Molecular Biology, or Biochemistry; 3-5 years of industry experience, especially with oligonucleotides; expertise in mammalian cell culture, molecular techniques (qPCR, ELISA), and fluorescence microscopy; strong independence, technical proficiency, and communication skills.
