Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and troubleshoot immunoassays (including ELISAs) with minimal supervision.
- Develop immunoassay methods and write validation protocols for study director review.
- Perform validation experiments; prepare tabular results, reports, and procedure documents.
- Process samples, run assays, and analyze data under current GxP guidance.
- Evaluate new immunoassay technologies, formats, and techniques.
- Operate laboratory instruments; oversee verifications or maintenance as required.
- Oversee reagent preparation, laboratory supplies, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
- Manage multiple projects and clearly present results via reports or presentations.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in biology or related field and 3–6 years of experience.
- Hands-on immunoassay knowledge using multiple detection systems.
- Understanding of protein and immunogenicity measurement methodologies.
- Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), FDA regulations, and company SOPs.
- Prior bioanalytical assay development experience highly desirable.
- Master’s degree preferred.
