What You Will Achieve
The High-throughput Screening (HTS) team is seeking a molecular biology expert to support development and evaluation of vaccine candidates.

How You Will Achieve It (Responsibilities)
- Perform RNA synthesis, characterization, and analytical assessments for preclinical evaluation.
- Design, execute, and troubleshoot cell-based assays to evaluate in vitro expression.
- Support development of Hamilton STAR methods (translate manual workflows into automation-compatible, high-throughput methods).
- Operate Hamilton STAR liquid handling platforms for automated screening.
- Independently collect, analyze, interpret, and summarize experimental data (accuracy, reproducibility, scientific rigor).
- Communicate results and progress updates to team members and senior leadership.
- Maintain accurate inventories of reagents and biological samples.
- Ensure high-quality documentation and reporting per SOPs and Pfizer Laboratory Notebook Policy.

Qualifications
Must-Have
- BS/BA in Biology/Cell Biology/Molecular Biology or related field.
- 3–5 years in academic/biopharma research OR MS with 0–3 years.
- Proficiency in molecular biology: in vitro transcription, RNA analysis, and cell-based assays.
- Mammalian cell culture experience and aseptic technique.
- Ability to design, execute, analyze experiments and present data.
- Strong attention to detail; commitment to documentation standards.
- Collaborative, fast-paced team orientation; strong written/verbal communication.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and GraphPad Prism.

Nice-to-Have
- Hamilton STAR automation experience; KingFisher Apex exposure.
- Molecular cloning and sequencing analysis experience.
- Familiarity with LIMS/GeneData or similar systems.

- Work at lab bench and office desk; lift up to 10 lbs.
- Relocation support available; work location: On Premise.
- Base salary range: $68,600–$114,300; bonus target 7.5%.
