What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute H/UPLC and capillary-based separations methods to support process development, cell line development, and release testing of biotherapeutics.
- Use chromatography data systems and informatics platforms to analyze and distribute analytical results.
- Collaborate on technology development to improve efficiency, speed, and capacity of analytical testing and methods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore new solutions.
- Share findings, ideas, and solutions in team settings and presentations.
- Stay current on characterization/analysis trends for large molecules using H/UPLC and capillary-based analytical methods.
- Ensure curiosity-driven exploration leads to measurable, impactful results.
Who You Are:
- BS in Biochemistry, Biology, Bioengineering (or related) with 2+ years relevant experience, or Master’s with minimal relevant experience.
- Experience in chromatography and/or analytical chemistry.
- Excellent experimental design, method development, and analysis skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience with HPLC and/or UPLC chromatography systems.
- Experience with a chromatography data system.
- Capillary electrophoresis familiarity and troubleshooting complex instrumentation (preferred).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Comfortable with ambiguity; collaborative and curious.
