Key Responsibilities:
- Support ligand discovery campaigns by executing key experiments for ligand discovery, screening, and characterization under the guidance of project leads.
- Perform high-throughput screening and selection using cell-based assays.
- Execute Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) workflows, including library preparation from single cells.
- Perform standard molecular biology techniques, including PCR, plasmid preparation, and cloning.
- Run and assist in the development of automated, high-throughput screening assays to characterize ligand properties (affinity, specificity, internalization).
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in electronic lab notebooks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to meet project goals.
- Assist in data analysis, interpretation, and preparation of internal presentations.
Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Biology, Cell/Molecular Biology or related field with 3–6 years of work experience (preferably industrial); familiarity with flow cytometry and NGS library preparation required.
- Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques (e.g., PCR, cloning, DNA/RNA extraction) required.
- Experience with mammalian cell culture and cell-based assays highly desirable.
- Direct experience with single B cell isolation and screening technologies significant plus.
Pay Range (U.S.): $80,000.00 - $120,000.00. Eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive (e.g., equity). Benefits and application details not provided in the posting.
