Senior Associate Scientist, Delivery Technology

Role: Senior Associate Scientist supporting ligand discovery in Alnylam's targeted delivery team, focusing on experimental execution and assay development for novel therapeutics. Responsibilities include high-throughput screening, cell-based assays, NGS workflows (library prep from single cells), molecular biology techniques, assay automation, and data documentation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and data interpretation are key. Qualifications: BS/MS in Biology or related field with 3-6 years' industrial experience; proficiency in flow cytometry, NGS library prep, molecular biology, and mammalian cell culture. Experience with single B cell isolation and screening is a plus.
