Role: Senior Associate Scientist, Computational Biology at a neurodegeneration-focused biopharma, supporting target discovery through advanced data analysis. Responsibilities: develop and benchmark AI-driven image analysis pipelines, analyze high-content imaging and multi-omics datasets, modernize workflows with emerging AI tools, and translate complex biological data into insights; collaborate across R&D teams and develop data portals. Requirements: MS with β‰₯3 years or PhD with β‰₯1 year in biotech, bioinformatics, or data science; hands-on experience with high-content imaging, single-cell RNA-seq, proteomics, deep learning (e.g., Cellpose, MEDIAR), and proficiency in R/Python, shell scripting, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS).
