- Generate and document analytical outputs (QC summaries, exploratory analyses, figures/tables, concise technical summaries).
- Support experimental design/data management discussions and interpretation of genomic readouts.
- Evaluate/benchmark/qualify new or improved workflows, assays, platforms, instrumentation, and analytical approaches; document results.
- Execute a wet-lab component: sample preparation, tissue dissociation, cell/nuclei isolation, nucleic acid extraction, library prep, QC, sequencing, and data generation.
- Onboard/train scientists on genomics workflows and documentation best practices; contribute to technical updates.
- Stay current with single-cell, spatial transcriptomics, multiomics, reproducible bioinformatics, and agentic computational biology.

Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s (0–3 yrs) or Master’s (0+ yrs) in relevant fields.
- Experience with genomics analysis/QC/visualization/reproducible workflows (bulk RNA-seq, sc/snRNA-seq, spatial, targeted/immune repertoire/epigenomics, or related).
- Python, R, command-line tools, notebooks, and/or version-controlled workflows.
- Foundational hands-on molecular biology/genomics wet-lab experience.
