Senior Associate Scientist, Cellular Analytical Development

Role: Senior Associate Scientist of Cellular Analytical Development, supporting Strand's mRNA and LNP platform through cell-based assay development and optimization. Responsibilities: execute and develop cell-based methods (e.g., ELISA, PCR, flow cytometry), transfer assays to collaborators, analyze data using statistical tools, and support screening and scale-up efforts in process development. Requirements: B.S. or higher in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, or related; 3+ years of experience with cell-based assays and mammalian tissue culture; familiarity with nucleic acid/biologics analytical techniques. High-Value: focus on mRNA and LNP modalities, early clinical-stage development, biologics/nucleic acid therapies, process development, and regulatory considerations; experience with flow cytometry, immunology, or automation considered a plus. Work Setup: full-time, based in Boston, with a dynamic startup environment. No travel specified.
