Responsibilities: perform assays such as ELISAs and cell-based bioassays to support process, formulation, stability, and characterization studies; document experiments; analyze data; contribute to technical document authorship; stay current with scientific literature; support daily lab operations. Qualifications: BA/BS with 3-5 years or MA/MS with 0-3 years in biology or related fields; experience in analytical labs; knowledge of antibody-antigen interactions and bioassay techniques; strong communication skills; proficiency in scientific software. Nice to Have: experience with ELISA, NGS workflows, automation, and electronic lab notebooks. High-Value: vaccine development, bioassays, early-stage (preclinical/IND), fast-moving projects.
