Senior Associate Scientist

Responsibilities:
- Plan, initiate, and complete biochemical, molecular, and immune-based assays in a lab: qPCR, ddPCR, ELISAs
- Support sample preparation, assay runs, and data processing; ensure compliance with GxP guidance
- Accurately document findings and lab records in an electronic laboratory notebook
- Perform multiple assays in the same day and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Identify and evaluate new technologies for assay development using new formats/techniques
- Maintain GLP compliance for laboratory work and assay validation documentation in accordance with FDA regulations and company SOPs
- Present data in formal and informal meetings

Qualifications / Required:
- BS degree (MS preferred) in biology or related field
- 3–6+ years of proven experience
- Hands-on knowledge in PCR (quantitative PCR and digital droplet PCR)
- Proven understanding of additional methodologies to assess DNA/RNA

Preferred:
- Prior experience in gene therapies and/or bioanalytical assay platform development
