Senior Associate, Proposal Pricing (West Coast)

Role: Senior Associate, Proposal Pricing supporting biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma client proposals on the West Coast. Responsibilities: manage trial budget processes including cost analysis, developing final study budgets (Out of Pocket and FTE), maintaining financial systems, and managing budgets throughout the study lifecycle; collaborate with Project Planning, Contract Development, and Project Managers to ensure seamless study management; lead pricing development from customer needs to proposal submission; facilitate costing meetings, assign responsibilities, and coordinate inputs to meet deadlines; prepare resource and service fee estimates, conduct lessons learned, and provide process guidance. Requirements: undergraduate degree in Sciences or Business, 3+ years industry experience with CRO service understanding, knowledge of clinical trial processes, and budget development; advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with bid grid mapping; strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities; customer-focused and team-oriented.
