Role Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and service/operate the enterprise pro-code AI agent platform on Azure, including Foundry integrations.
- Use Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) to provision highly available, scalable, and reproducible Azure environments; implement CI/CD for platform components/configurations.
- Implement security & compliance controls using identity (RBAC) and policy guardrails aligned to enterprise/regulatory standards.
- Operationalize Microsoft Foundry/AI services to enable agentic applications; create run-books for development teams.
- Establish monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting (observability).
- Support global environments and self-service tenants.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering/Statistics (2+ yrs) OR Master’s (0+ yrs) OR Associate’s (6 yrs) OR High school + 8 yrs relevant experience.
- Demonstrated CI/CD experience (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions).
- Ability to collaborate on platform information maintenance and drive adoption.
- Superior problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Telemetry/observability experience (metrics, logs, traces) to analyze agent performance/behavior.

Physical/Mental Requirements
- Complex data analysis and incident triage.

Benefits (explicitly stated)
- Annual base salary: $79,400–$132,400 (+ bonus target 7.5%); comprehensive benefits including 401(k) with match, paid vacation/holidays, caregiver/parental and medical leave, and medical/dental/vision.
