Role Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and operate the enterprise pro-code AI agent platform on Azure, including Foundry integrations.
- Use Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) to provision highly available, scalable, and reproducible Azure environments; implement CI/CD pipelines for platform components/configurations.
- Implement security and compliance controls (identity/RBAC and policy guardrails) aligned to enterprise/regulatory standards.
- Operationalize Microsoft Foundry and related AI/ML services to enable agentic applications; create run-books for development teams.
- Establish monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting for reliability and observability.
- Manage global environments and self-service tenants.

Basic Qualifications:
- BS in CS/Engineering/Statistics or related +2 years; or MS + 0+ years; or AS +6 years; or HS +8 years.
- Demonstrated CI/CD experience (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions).
- Ability to collaborate with the Agent Platform team to maintain informational content and drive adoption.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Telemetry/observability familiarity (metrics, logs, traces) to analyze agent performance/behavior.

Physical/Mental:
- Ability to perform complex data analysis and incident triage.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Base salary: $79,400–$132,400; bonus target 7.5% of base; 401(k) with company matching; paid vacation/holidays/personal days; caregiver/parental and medical leave; health benefits.
