Senior Associate Manufacturing - Technical Training - Upstream Bulk Drug Substance

Role: Senior Associate Manufacturing - Technical Training (Upstream, Bulk Drug Substance) at Amgen's biologics manufacturing plant, focusing on developing and delivering training programs within a cutting-edge, sustainable facility. Responsibilities: support manufacturing readiness, lead new hire orientation, perform Job Task Analyses, create and maintain training materials, support investigations and change controls, and serve as Learning Management System SME. Qualifications: Master’s degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years in biotech/pharma manufacturing, process development, or quality assurance; experience in training creation, SOP writing, and systems. Preferred: biotech industry experience, aseptic techniques, QMS familiarity, project management skills, and communication proficiency. High-Value: biologics, drug substance manufacturing, biological drug development, GMP/GxP compliance, cross-functional collaboration, experience with systems like TrackWise or Veeva, and regulatory interactions. Work setup involves supporting 24/7 operations across all shifts, with a flexible, collaborative environment.
