Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate analytical methods for parenteral radiopharmaceutical products (UHPLC, HPLC, GC, TLC, ICP, LC-MS, Gamma Spectrometry, Alpha Spectrometry, and other techniques).
- Participate in method transfer activities from CDMO/internal research to QC team.
- Prepare analytical test methods plus method validation/verification/transfer protocols and reports (USP, EP, ICH).
- Coordinate with other teams to deliver analytical results supporting product development/commercialization.
- Troubleshoot analytical issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain documentation (notebooks, protocols, reports, SOPs, data analysis).
- Support instrument qualification, calibration, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety guidelines, and quality standards; support radiation safety program compliance.
- Provide technical support; source/on-board analytical technologies; perform other duties as assigned.
- Predominantly first shift (M–F); extended hours/weekend work as needed for manufacturing.
- Work with/around ionizing radiation and hazardous chemicals.

Education & Experience (Qualifications):
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of analytical techniques listed above.
- Knowledge of GMP regulations, quality systems, and safety guidelines.
- Experience with method development/validation/verification/transfer (pharma/radiopharma).
- Parenteral GMP manufacturing and/or radiopharmaceutical experience preferred.
- Experience handling radioactive materials preferred.

Skills:
- Proficient with laboratory instrumentation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently or in a team; strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task/prioritize; communicate with stakeholders; strong written/oral communication.
- Ethics/integrity and ability to maintain confidential information.
- Uses AI tools to improve productivity and work quality.
