Your Role: Senior Associate, Global Talent Development
As a Senior Associate, Global Talent Development, you will design, develop, and deliver talent development experiences for leaders and teams. This role focuses on creating high-quality content, facilitating programs such as New Employee Orientation and other leadership development programs, and executing strategic, high-impact development projects to support and grow the business.
Your Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and support core development programs (e.g., leadership programs) to build leader and manager capabilities.
- Design and develop learning content, tools, and resources for self-service leadership and team capabilities.
- Lead and support execution of Global Talent Development (GTD) projects and priorities with timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify needs, shape solutions, and continuously improve development offerings.
- Support facilitation and coordination of New Employee Orientation for new hires.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or related field.
- 2–4 years of progressive experience in talent development/leadership development.
- Demonstrated excellence in program facilitation, instructional design, and program management.
- Experience in a large, matrixed, global organization.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build coalitions with stakeholders.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
- Certifications in leadership development frameworks (e.g., Situational Leadership, Insights Discovery).
- Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) and Workday.
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Vyond).
- Strong project management skills.
- Animal Health or pharmaceutical industry experience.
Additional Information:
- Travel: up to 10%
- Location: Global Elanco Headquarters (Indianapolis, IN) – hybrid
