Support initiatives to build and implement management level reporting and KPIs tracking; Utilize data sources including IQvia OneKey, Veeva CRM, claims, sales, and internal patient HUB to identify areas of strength and weakness for internal teams including market access and patient services teams; Partner with data government and data management team to refine SOC database and ensure it is up-to-date with latest account affiliations; Execute SOC strategy and KPIs by developing automated reports and generating insights for the team; Support SOC marketing with data requests and insights; Analyze trends and partner with SOC leadership to provide recommendations on areas of geographical opportunities; Reporting and dashboards creating KPIs tracking and Site of Care cross-tabbed with Payor Performance dashboards; Merge payor bridges into standard naming convention; Work on Site of Care patient access improvement opportunities segmentation; and Model Appropriate Site of Care team sizing utilizing patient forecasts and translate it into Site of Care. Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and completion of a university-level course, research project, internship, thesis, or one year of experience in the following:

Job type: Full Time position. The annual salary range for this position in the U.S. is $93,974.00 - $117,021.00 per year. The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
