Role Summary

Senior Associate-Clinical Operations will play a direct role in advancing the global product pipeline by monitoring clinical and laboratory studies across companion animal and farm animal programs. Youโ€™ll ensure every study is conducted with integrity, accuracy, and regulatory compliance, supporting pivotal and pilot registration studies and collaborating with R&D teams to help secure global approvals.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelorโ€™s degree in a scientific, veterinary, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Required: Experience in clinical research, veterinary/animal health, laboratory science, or related regulated study environments.
  • Required: Study monitoring, regulatory compliance, data verification and documentation quality.
  • Preferred: Experience with VICH GCP or similar regulated environments.
  • Preferred: Prior work with companion animal or food animal clinical studies.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with QA audits and regulatory submissions.
  • Preferred: Experience interacting with CROs, clinical investigators, or farm operations.
  • Preferred: Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

Education

Additional Requirements

  • Travel: Approximately 35โ€“50% annually, including multi-day travel blocks to study sites.
  • Location: Global Elanco Headquarters โ€“ Indianapolis, IN, Hybrid Work Environment.
