Position Overview

The Senior Associate/Manager, Brand Marketing, will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of marketing initiatives for our product launch in fibromyalgia. This position will take ownership in partnering with external vendors to create meaningful materials that are on strategy and within budget across both HCP and patient audiences. The successful candidate will lead all stages of execution including approval process through medical/legal/regulatory reviews. This is a great opportunity for a marketer looking to learn and grow within a fast-paced organization.

Essential Duties

  • Lead the marketing efforts for a pending new product approval in August 2025
  • Develop key tactics that span a broad range of verticals including personal promotion, non-personal promotion, peer-to-peer, and direct-to-patient
  • Ensure deliverables are on-strategy, on-time, and on-budget
  • Collaboratively work with Commercial Strategy, Sales, Market Access, Medical, Legal, and Regulatory on a consistent basis

Necessary Skills and Abilities

  • Proactive and entrepreneurial approach
  • Able to stay organized and navigate uncertainty
  • Able to prioritize and manage large number of projects
  • Strong digital aptitude
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50%; dependent on launch timelines and events.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing or a related role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing tactics

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience
  • Experience in managing external vendors including creative agencies and media partners
  • Experience working on a launch product strongly preferred
  • Master's degree in marketing or business administration.

Compensation & Benefits

Annualized base salary ranges from $70,000 to $120,000 plus target incentive; actual salaries will vary and may be above or below this range commensurate with several factors including experience, education, training, location, and merit.
