Senior Associate - Analytical Development

Your Responsibilities:
- Independently perform complex analytical testing (e.g., HPLC/UPLC, dissolution, KF) ensuring data integrity and adherence to GxP standards.
- Assist with development, qualification, and validation of fit-for-purpose analytical methods from early to late stages.
- Document, analyze, and interpret analytical data; verify others’ work; author technical reports; present findings to cross-functional teams.
- Maintain safe, compliant lab operations (equipment/reagents/documentation); troubleshoot instruments and support laboratory investigations.
- Partner cross-functionally (including formulation team) and provide technical training/coaching to analysts.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related field.
- OR Master’s degree with 1–2 years’ experience; OR Bachelor’s with 5–6 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical analytical laboratory.
- Strong analytical chemistry knowledge with experience in HPLC/UPLC, Karl Fischer titration, and dissolution.
- Knowledge of GxP regulations and good documentation practices using an electronic laboratory notebook (ELN).

What You’ll Need (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in small molecule/animal health product development.
- Experience authoring method procedures, validation protocols, or technical reports.
- Familiarity with Empower and Veeva QDocs/QMS; strong ability to present technical data; independent problem-solving.
