Role: Manufacturing Systems Specialist ensuring reliable operation of local process control applications at Novo Nordisk's NC aseptic manufacturing site for diabetes and obesity treatments. Responsibilities: collaborate with production and corporate teams, manage continuous improvement initiatives, oversee software upgrades, support audits as SME, develop process standards, and lead large projects related to process applications. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering with at least 8 years of process manufacturing experience, or an Associate’s degree with 10+ years; proficiency in PAS-X, POInT, PLC, SCADA; strong project management skills; knowledge of cLean/Six Sigma methodologies; ability to translate high-level directives into actionable tasks.
