Senior Application Architect, Adobe Experience Manager

Role: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions to support digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities: collaborate with marketing stakeholders to understand business needs, translate functional requirements into scalable AEM architectures, develop technical design documentation, integrate AEM with enterprise systems, lead technical design sessions, and ensure high-quality, compliant AEM deployments. Provide ongoing platform evaluation, stay current with AEM updates, mentor junior developers, and troubleshoot production issues. Requirements: Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field; 8+ years of software development experience with at least 5 years focused on AEM architecture and development; hands-on expertise with AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, and related Java/J2EE/web technologies; experience with system integration, performance tuning, and scalability; strong communication skills. Preferred: AEM certifications (ACE or ACA), experience with agentic coding and AI-assisted development, knowledge of microservices and REST APIs.
