Operations
Main Responsibilities:
- Support and lead development and governance of data dashboards and reporting platforms.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across product dashboards.
- Implement best practices for dashboard design and data visualization.
- Evaluate non-platform reporting requests; assist with efficient assignment and development of ad hoc reporting.
- Conduct regular portfolio dashboard reviews to ensure needs are met.
- Collaborate with digital to ensure data availability for reporting.
- Analyze and interpret data; summarize results and communicate insights, implications, and recommendations on PSS performance.
- Identify business problems and opportunities; translate business needs into quantitative analyses to reveal patterns and insights.
- Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
- Perform exploratory data analysis of PSS data sources.
- Produce recurring stakeholder reports and support reporting activities across SPC and Gen meds.
- Provide day-to-day support for ad hoc reporting and analytics requests.
- Support data quality: identify issues and implement corrections regularly.
- Data stewarding across platforms and discrepancy management for mastered data records.
- Develop and maintain dashboard communication and training materials.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4+ years of Biotech/Pharma experience or relevant reporting and analytics experience.
- Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, filtering).
- Ability to synthesize data across multiple sources.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking, interpersonal, collaboration, and written/verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- PowerBI or similar business intelligence tools.
- Relational database knowledge and SQL query writing.
- Master data management, data warehousing, and data governance.
- Experience with centralized patient services capability portfolio reporting.
- Strong project management, communication/presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
