Role Summary

Senior Analyst, Process Automation focuses on streamlining manual processes, driving business process re-engineering, and implementing automation solutions across the organization. The role leverages process mining tools, AI-driven automation, and modern platforms to optimize workflows, enhance compliance, and support efficient business operations. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored automation solutions that improve efficiency and reduce error risk.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document existing finance processes to identify automation opportunities using process design tools.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows utilizing ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Automate, and SmartSheet.
  • Map and optimize end-to-end business processes with visual tools like Microsoft Visio, ensuring clear documentation for stakeholders and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce error risk.
  • Develop and deploy AI-driven automations (e.g., chatbots and others) to support intelligent process improvement and data-driven decision making.
  • Monitor, test, and refine automated processes, maintaining alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance.
  • Train team members and end-users on newly implemented automation tools and updated workflows.
  • Stay ahead of emerging automation trends, best practices, and applicable technologies to continually improve FSS operations.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in business process automation, process mining, or workflow optimization roles.
  • Hands-on experience with process mining & design tools: Celonis, Microsoft Visio.
  • Proficient in automation platforms: Phyton, Uipath, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Automate, SmartSheet.
  • Knowledgeable in AI-driven automation concepts/platforms (e.g., AVA), RPA, and process improvement frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to business challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to document, design, and deliver process automation solutions in a finance or shared services environment.
  • Effective communicator able to train and support users on new automation technologies.
