Role: Field Operations Senior Analyst supporting AbbVie's Field Force Effectiveness team, focusing on field analytics, call planning, targeting, and incentive compensation across multiple sales forces and brands. Responsibilities: analyze data to inform field deployment strategies, manage multiple projects within budget and timelines, develop innovative solutions, and present insights to internal teams and leadership. Act as liaison between stakeholders and vendor partners, ensuring operational coordination and communication. Requirements: BA/BS; 2+ years experience in healthcare analytics or field force planning; strong problem-solving, data analysis, and project management skills.
