Your Role: Senior Analyst – Antibody Discovery

Responsibilities:
- Execute antibody discovery campaigns using established selection workflows, including single-B cell approaches, phage display, and yeast display.
- Perform molecular biology workflows including PCR, high-throughput cloning, DNA and RNA purification, gel electrophoresis, and preparation of samples for next-generation sequencing (NGS).
- Conduct high-throughput primary screening assays, including ELISA and flow cytometry, to identify and characterize lead antibody candidates.
- Maintain accurate and timely experimental records in electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN), ensuring data is validated, organized, and properly formatted for project databases.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety standards, and equipment readiness while communicating progress and collaborating with Antibody Discovery team members.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or related field; OR Bachelor’s degree in a related scientific field with 2–4 years of relevant laboratory experience.
- Hands-on experience in a molecular biology, biologics discovery, or related research laboratory.
- Proficiency with PCR, cloning, DNA/RNA purification, and gel electrophoresis; experience conducting ELISA or other immunoassay-based screening techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with antibody discovery platforms (single-B cell, phage display, and/or yeast display).
- Experience with flow cytometry, ELISA, or other high-throughput antibody screening.
- Experience preparing samples for NGS; DNA and RNA purification workflows.
- Understanding of antibody structure/function and biologics discovery principles.
- Experience with bioinformatic analysis and selection of antibodies/proteins.
