The Senior Alternative Models Program Management Manager is responsible for organizing and supporting execution of strategic initiatives, including creating, managing, and executing project timelines and action plans; developing management tools and reporting templates; tracking initiatives aligned with strategic objectives; and coordinating collaborations to design, launch, and scale critical initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met on schedule
- Monitor deliverables and provide regular stakeholder updates using project management tools
- Identify operational risks and develop strategies to address challenges before they impact timelines
- Oversee structured submission and evaluation of project proposals, ensuring consistent documentation
- Review proposals for alignment with strategy/objectives and assess feasibility and resource requirements
- Collaborate across departments to gather input and facilitate prioritization discussions
- Implement project prioritization criteria (strategic impact, urgency, resource availability)
- Monitor intake metrics/trends and report to leadership on volume, approval rates, and resource needs
- Refine the project intake process to improve efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance submission quality
- Coordinate activities to support execution aligned with overall account management objectives

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 6+ years of experience in project management/project intake (preferably healthcare/pharma); advanced degree may substitute for 2 years

Required/Preferred Skills:
- Process/workflow management and ability to streamline intake
- Strong analytical skills for proposal assessment and prioritization
- Effective communication and cross-team collaboration
- Detail-oriented proposal assessment
- Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities and industry dynamics

Physical Requirements:
- 10–15% overnight travel required

Benefits/Compensation:
- Base compensation range: $153,000–$267,000; eligible for company bonus and long-term incentive compensation and/or company vehicles (role-dependent)
