Position Summary
- Senior Manager, Alliances responsible for improving implementation and partner relationship management best practices and driving Caris to be recognized as a biopharma partner of choice.

Responsibilities
- Manage/oversee a portfolio of strategic alliances programs: alliance health due diligence, health checks, annual operating plans.
- Contract management: ensure partner agreement aims/deliverables/objectives are met.
- Delivery: lead prescriptive delivery, gather partner requirements, recommend provisioning of Caris solutions, manage timelines/technical performance, communicate priorities, escalate roadblocks.
- Process management: set governance and decision-making; lead partner implementations that meet timelines.
- Alignment/relationship management: enhance governance, drive continuous improvement, identify expansion opportunities, act as internal SME for feasibility/risks/resources/timelines.
- Proactive risk management: identify, assess, communicate risks/dependencies; lead mitigation planning and issue resolution.
- Customer/business excellence: demonstrate product competency; tailor delivery; maintain/expand customer relationships; mentor and support continuous improvement; provide forecasting inputs.
- When applicable, lead/coach teams, allocate resources, make data-driven decisions, support performance/talent development.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree + 4+ years in molecular biology/clinical molecular diagnostics/oncology or related domains (real-world data, drug dev/discovery, clinical research/study management, product mgmt, companion diagnostics, healthcare implementation/delivery/program mgmt).
- Manager-level experience; travel up to 20%; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) and internet-based tools.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of CLIA, CAP, GMP, GCP, IVDR, HIPAA; experience delivering/partnering oncology, lab services, therapeutic programs, healthcare data products, or clinical-trial enrollment; prior cross-functional leadership.
