Senior AI Data Scientist I

Role: Senior AI Data Scientist I focusing on developing AI/ML models to analyze complex clinical datasets supporting drug development. Key responsibilities include building and validating machine-learning models, executing data cleaning and transformation aligned with CDISC standards, and developing AI workflows such as LLM-based processes for automated review. The role involves creating interactive dashboards, maintaining data pipelines on cloud platforms (Databricks, AWS), ensuring GxP compliance, and collaborating with Clinical Data Management, Statistical Programming, and Clinical Operations. It also emphasizes documentation, external scientific contributions, and professional development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 7+ years, or Master's with 5+ years, or equivalent experience in Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields. Experience in applying AI/ML to structured/unstructured clinical data, proficiency in Python, R, SQL, cloud services, and data pipeline tools is required. Familiarity with NLP, LLMs, CDISC standards, and clinical development processes is preferred. The position is remote or hybrid, with an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration in biopharma clinical development environments, supporting early to late-stage trials, with a focus on data-driven decision-making in drug discovery and development.
